BlyatDrop Account Terms Version: account-2026-10-12-v1

1. Service owner and scope These terms cover accounts and account features at blyatdrop.com. “BlyatDrop”, “we” and “us” mean the owner operating that service. Contact the owner at [email protected] for account help, complaints or questions. The BlyatDrop service name does not assert incorporation, a particular operating country, a licence or availability in every country.

Account access does not by itself authorise crypto deposits, paid play, cash rewards, withdrawals or prize delivery. Those services have their own published terms, eligibility requirements and availability. This account-policy publication keeps paid cases, paid games, real cash rewards and withdrawals subject to their separate controls; it does not activate them. Crypto deposits are available only when independently enabled and their requirements are met.

2. Age, account access and consent Accounts are for adults aged 18 or over. Use the service only where doing so is lawful. Credential registration requires your own acceptance of the current account-policy versions and an adult declaration. Direct Steam or Google sign-in can create an account without that registration declaration; signing in does not imply that you accepted a policy version or completed any age or paid-service verification.

Only authenticated real player accounts may use account, wallet, history, opening or game operations. Guest accounts, public free previews and guest/demo game access are unavailable. Where offered, authenticated Play-money case openings use a separate nonredeemable balance as described below. Account or feature restrictions can apply while verification, security or service issues are reviewed.

3. Credentials and linked identities Use accurate information and credentials you control. Keep your password, recovery links and sign-in access private. Do not share, sell or transfer an account, impersonate another person or use another person's credentials. Tell [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access; include account details sufficient to identify the issue, but never a password, authenticator secret or wallet private key.

Steam or Google sign-in verifies the identity returned by that provider. Matching display names or email addresses do not automatically merge accounts or grant financial eligibility. Linking another method requires an active account session and verification of that method. Changing a public display name does not change a credential sign-in username.

Email ownership is verified only after completing a valid verification link. Recovery links are limited, single-use and expire. Account-verification or recovery email requires an available configured sender; publication of these terms does not establish that email delivery has been tested or is currently available. If recovery is interrupted, contact the owner rather than creating another financial request. Where account controls are available, you can review or revoke sessions. Sensitive account and administrator actions can require fresh authentication or an authenticator code.

4. Separate balances and service availability USD, Blyats and Play money are separate balances. USD is recorded in integer cents and Blyats in whole reward units. Selecting a balance is not a currency exchange. A displayed balance does not make an unavailable paid service or withdrawal available.

Play money is nonredeemable. Authenticated Play-money case openings, where offered, do not credit USD, earn real Blyats, reserve paid stock or grant a deliverable prize or withdrawal right. Paid spending and Blyats cash awards require their independently enabled and funded policies. Historical nonredeemable receipts remain historical; they are not converted into real funds or prizes by these terms.

5. Catalogue and profile information Catalogue descriptions and case artwork can show planned products or service features. Generated case artwork is presentation material, not proof of stock, an exact replica or a guaranteed prize. A paid entitlement depends on an actually available approved case and its frozen rules, prize and delivery terms.

Your display name and avatar can appear publicly with activity or community features that display them. Where profile controls are available, you may change your public display name, upload an avatar or restore a provider/default avatar. Upload only images you have the right to use; do not impersonate others or publish private information. Public activity labelled as simulated is illustrative and is not a claim of another player's payment or prize. Private credentials and payment evidence are not public profile information.

6. Acceptable use and restrictions Do not bypass ownership, age or eligibility checks, forge provider or financial evidence, misuse recovery links, automate abusive requests, interfere with other users or attempt to alter outcomes or wallet records. Report suspected errors to the owner.

Sessions or accounts may be restricted to investigate security, fraud, abuse or legal concerns. Restrictions do not erase a legitimate payment, immutable history or an outstanding accepted obligation. A lost connection or timeout does not establish that an operation failed. Use the original recorded request and its recovery controls where available instead of creating a replacement request for the same operation.

7. Service changes, complaints and rights Availability can change during maintenance, outages or review. Contact [email protected] with your account or original request reference for a complaint or help. The owner reviews the relevant records, can request proportionate ownership evidence, and explains the available resolution or additional review. No automatic outcome or fixed support response time is promised. Financial refund requests are handled under the applicable deposit or paid-service terms; account publication does not add an automatic cashout service.

These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, certify legality in a particular country or assign an invented dispute jurisdiction.

8. Privacy and policy versions Read the Account Privacy Policy for account information and the relevant deposit/service notice before using those services. Exact policy acceptance records remain linked to the account and versions accepted. Publication alone creates no player acceptance or adult verification. Material changes are made available prospectively and new acceptance is requested where the relevant flow requires it. Historical consent and transaction records retain their original versions.
