Your account and balances
Account operations require sign-in. USD, Blyats and Play money are separate balances; choosing one does not exchange currencies. Play is nonredeemable and does not award a deliverable item or earn real Blyats.
References and availability
Available USD case openings credit their frozen USD return to your balance. Pictured skins and products are result references; a new opening does not create an item collection or delivery claim. Artwork does not prove stock or a marketplace partnership. The status of an opening, deposit or delivery comes from its recorded request. If confirmation is interrupted, recover that request before trying again.

Contact [email protected] with the original request reference and a short description. This is the contact address in the published account documents. Never send a password, authenticator code, recovery code or wallet private key.
