Use the instructions for your payment
Sign in and open Deposit. Available methods and requirements are shown there. For crypto, use the address currently shown as available for your selected asset and network. Include any required memo or destination tag, and follow the instructions for the original payment. A reusable address can remain valid; check its current availability before sending.
Skin deposits
Review the displayed offer and provider instructions before accepting a skin trade. An accepted transfer and a credited wallet are separate steps: the service confirms the provider result before recording USD. Check the original deposit instead of sending another trade.
Pending or interrupted
Keep the payment or deposit ID and return to its existing status. Network confirmations and provider checks can take time. A pending or unknown result does not prove failure. Deposit availability is separate from whether new paid play is available.
