How case opening works
Before you open
Sign in, choose a case and review its contents, price and the balance selected. USD, Blyats and Play money have different uses. An unavailable case cannot be opened just because it appears in the catalogue.
What the odds mean
Each published chance describes the probability of that outcome for this case version. A rare item pictured on a case is not a promised result. Previous openings do not make the next rare result due. Market references are not guaranteed sale prices.
An interrupted opening
Return to the same case and choose Recover opening or Retry this opening. Keep the saved request and site data until the original result is confirmed. Do not start another opening to check whether the first worked. Available USD openings credit the frozen return to your balance. Saved original requests are in My account | Activity.
